She is very bright. There were bigger fish to fry each time. I wanted to make it easy as possible for her to leave. Would you just try to avoid her?

Oh my God, is disdain even an appropriate term for how childish all of that was? If she developed an actual disdain for me based on nothing more than how I looked, then I feel bad for her.

I just kept my tail between my legs and acted as docile and calm as I could, which is so against my nature. Then it came to the point I was not going to engage with her on the level that she wanted to, which was stupid insults and jabs, everything she daily did to me. The solution after that was to kind of avoid being in the room, unless she was drinking. I was constantly trying to look for the alcohol and literally tried to hide from her.

She was rude to everybody in the house sober. She was really rude to everybody in the house drunk. By the end of the game, everybody was just as excited to get her out of the house. This season of Big Time Rush is halfway over. Not only was she part of the episode, we actually recorded a song with her [too]. In the episode, we have an old-school 50s black and white music video. It's more mature, too. We're all 21 or 22 years old, and we wrote this album not only for kids, but also for people our age and adults. We like it and we're very proud of it. JM: I'm not nearly as cheesy as James Diamond! Look, every guy is nervous when they talk to girls, but I find that little bit of nervousness to be kind of fun.

I like people in general, which is why it's fun for me to interact with my fans. Obviously, meeting a cute girl makes it even easier!

JM: I definitely want someone who is comfortable in their own skin and doesn't feel the need to wear makeup all the time. Also, somebody who is outdoors-y and will go to the beach and go surfing or go on a bike ride with me — I like to get outside every chance I have! One of the biggest things, too, is someone who has her own dreams and is trying to pursue them.

And may be his biggest year yet. Activities, vendors and live entertainment will accompany the waves, including musical performances from the likes of Astra Kelly, Natasha Bedingfield and Maslow.

A surfer himself, Maslow is looking forward to returning to the local shores to showcase his pipes on the Radio Disney Stage while admiring the athletic talent around him.
